Want a brief glimpse into what to expect during this online yoga class for stress relief?

You’ll begin by settling into a wide-knee Child’s Pose, opening your hips while tuning into your breath with Sama Vrtti Pranayama. In this breathwork, you’ll inhale for five counts, hold for two counts and exhale in seven counts.

You’ll stay grounded, flowing from side body stretches before making your way to the top of the mat and finding strength and stillness in poses like Goddess Pose, Warrior I and II Pose and Eagle Pose.

Wind down your yoga practice just as you began, close to the ground and looking inward with Seated Forward Fold Pose, hugging your knees in to massage your lower back and extending your legs high to the sky for Legs Up the Wall Pose, arguably one of the most relaxing and de-stressing yoga poses of all time.
